The O.Dell portfolio target allocation consists of 37.5% VTI, 15% VXUS, 17.5% VUG, 15% SCHD, 10% VCHY, and 5% VNQ. We offer our sincerest apologies for altering our roadmap so close to launch, but we have intentionally expanded O.Dell's allocation to include equities, corporate bonds, and real estate. While this change optimizes our blended yield, it creates greater diversification across asset classes and multiple sources of growth and income. We remain uncompromisingly committed to doing what is best for the longevity of O.Dell, with the goal of building a resilient, compounding asset base that expands passive investment income and supports our mission of generational wealth creation and long-term asset ownership.

O.Dell's current challenge is determining how to strategically build enough capital to acquire its first duplex investment property. We are analyzing how to maximize savings, increase available capital, control expenses, and identify the most efficient path toward our first real-estate acquisition.

At the same time, O.Dell is working to maximize monthly portfolio cash flow without losing sight of long-term growth and diversification. The portfolio must balance the desire for increasing investment income with the need to preserve capital and continue compounding over time. Asset allocation should remain connected to the goal, time horizon, and risk involved rather than simply chasing the highest yield.
